New York State Higher Education Services Dear Colleague: We understand that filling out the FAFSA and TAP applications can be overwhelming for students, but we're here to help. HESC will be hosting a virtual FAFSA and TAP Application Completion Event on March 29 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Students will receive one-on-one assistance from financial aid professionals who can answer their questions and help them complete their FAFSA and NYS application for TAP with ease.
