Please report the absence of your child to Attendance Officer, Diane Frohne, the morning of the absence. An attempt will be made to notify parents of an absence if Mrs. Frohne has not been notified.
If you have not notified the Attendance Officer, an excuse (either verbal or written) is due the day of return. The absence will be considered illegal if an excuse is not received. Excuses are to include a reason--"Johnny was absent" is not acceptable. If there is no reason documented, the absence will be considered illegal. This applies to all grades, PRE- K THROUGH 12.
If you leave a phone message with Attendance Officer, Diane Frohne, at 315-858-0610, ext.1010, please state your name, the student's name and grade, and the reason for the absence. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Mrs. Frohne.
